injury

My damn right knee...again.

With mileage and pace increasing, I neglected my PT exercises I learned the last time this happened a year ago.

I'm majorly bummed because my runs have been oh so solid for the last few months and my target was in site, but I'm going to pull from my upcoming marathon. Although it was a much-wanted race, it's not my main goal so I'm going to take December off of running and focus on strength training and PT work.

Fingers crossed I can get back on my feet and back to what I love!
